[Evogrid-dev] Molecule visualization

  Attached are graphical representations of the molecules present at the 
end of the previously mentioned videos (in PNG and SVG format, SVG 
scales better).

Please keep in mind that the position of the atoms shown on these 
graphics does not match to their positions in the 3D space at the end of 
the video. Also, it only shows the atoms that were in molecules at the 
time, filtering out the lone atoms to reduce the amount of visual clutter.
